1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within

7 or 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

  • The product must not have been tampered with or exposed to heat, moisture, or contamination.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@vitalherbscare.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or wrong item

Once verified, we’ll offer:

  • A replacement (at no additional cost), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

 


 

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item and confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Cancellations
