All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or product availability issues, processing may take a bit longer.
We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

 


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • The courier service name

  • A link to track your package in real time

If you don’t receive a tracking email within 2 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@vitalherbscare.com

 


 

4. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services or weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the courier directly first, and then reach out to us if needed.

 


 

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations.
International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country

  • Ensuring that the products they order comply with their local import regulations

Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

 


 

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it at support@vitalherbscare.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or products.
We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

 


 

7. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.
